How does pricing work?
Pricing varies from item to item and is largely impacted by the vintage, quality and collectability of the towel.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia
We charge $9.50 (AUD) for Standard shipping & $13.00 (AUD) for express.
International
Is determined at checkout by weight and location
*Certain items due to weight may make shipping costs slightly more
Shipping Times:
Estimated dispatch is up to 48 hours
Within Australia
Standard shipping: 2-7 business days.
Express: 1-3 business days.
International
Standard: 6-27 business days.
*Delays may incur due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Sizing:
Sizing is dependent on the quantity and actual size of each towel. Due to the nature of towel fabric, there is no stretch, so if you're concerned we recommend sizing up.
I'm unable to mass produce multiple sizes at this stage as my label is all about ethical production and slow fashion. However I'm looking to expand in my sizes and quantity of items as Cfoam grows.
I'm open to making custom pieces upon request, please email claudia@cfoamwa.com and we'll go from there.
Refunds & Returns:
We do NOT offer refunds if you 'change your mind'. Unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake, a refund will be approved.
If you require a refund, please email claudia@cfoamwa.com with your reasoning, and any photo evidence if there are issues regarding fault upon arrival, within 14-days of receiving your piece(s).
After examining the item(s), we will inform you of whether you have the right to reimbursement of the amount paid (excluding shipping).
You must return the item(s) in saleable condition without delay within 14-calendar days of receipt.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved we will refund you by your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.
We do not offer refunds on sale products.
